Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to
coordinate and supervise daily support staff activities while
providing leadership and training.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of direct reports to ensure
productivity and performance
Resolve client and customer escalation issues in a timely manner
while interacting with client groups
Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and develop individual
goals in collaboration with the customer service manager
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or
related field preferred
One to three years of experience in a lead/supervisory/management
position required
One to three years of experience in the transportation/logistics
industry preferred
Intermediate customer service background or experience in a call
center environment required
Experience with CRM systems preferred
