Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding
policies and billing
Research customer inquiries and ensure timely responses while
managing a high volume of calls
Process requests and document files according to established
procedures and authority levels
Required Qualifications
One or more active licenses in Property & Casualty
2+ years of customer service experience in a call center
environment
Product knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance
High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of relevant insurance
experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
