Job Description:

Canon Medical Systems is currently seeking a Asset Management Specialist to serve as a utilization and asset management consultant to CMSU customers. The AME also is responsible for supporting National Sales programs through install base data analysis to determine optimal targets for sales opportunities. This role will also coordinate with the Sales and Operations executive management team to develop and implement programs related to asset management consultative services. The AME role is customer facing and primary charter is to build customer partnerships, secure modality sockets, retain customers and to grow revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Examines and evaluates customer utilization data to develop and recommend new or improved existing methods to reduce cost and maximize efficiency.
  • Analyzes and reviews install base data to identify target customers for National Sales programs. Works closely with Director of National Sales Programs and Training to identify "targets" to maximize program success and grow revenue.
  • Manage modality specific collaboration projects for sales programs.
  • Analyze and utilize third party data (MAX, AHD) to match and maximize programs offered to customers.
  • Act as asset management and utilization consultant to customers to help assist them with asset optimization and identify opportunities for new Diagnostic Imaging solutions.
  • Make formal presentations to customers on current utilization and recommendations on how to maximize efficiencies and drive cost savings.
  • Play the role of "subject matter expert" on appropriateness tools available through CMSU.
  • Confers with hospital administration to gather information of operational efficiency gaps that could result in process improvement for the hospital.
  • Evaluates findings and recommends changes or modifications for customers in procedures to maximize reimbursement from Medicare and 3d party payers.
  • Work closely with sales to elevate the "perception" of CMSU from vendor to consultative partner.
  • Develop, implement and manage a "total solution" program for customers leveraging TAMC, service agreements, customized training programs, GP group buys, etc.
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Strategic thinker, proven track record of driving results in rapidly growing environment.
    • Project Management Experience preferred. Project Management Certification and or Six Sigma Certification highly desired.
    • Excellent business and analytical skills required to oversee customer utilization data analysis and program development.
    • Excellent presentation/platform skills. 30% of this position will be customer facing.
    • Cross functional experience required working with Sales, Operations and Marketing.
    • Leadership ability required.
    • 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.
    • 5 years Experience in Diagnostic Imaging or Healthcare industry. Project Management Experience - Preferred.
