Are you looking for an inside sales role in the residential real estate industry?



The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) role at OnyxHomes.com gives you an opportunity to earn a base salary, plus commissions and bonuses.



This is not a call center job. This role fields hundreds of inbound leads generated every month.



Qualifying inbound leads, following up with our existing database, and finding opportunities for our agents to close.

Responsibilities:
--- Respond to inbound leads within 5 minutes.
--- Qualify leads that are looking to buy/sell within the next 6 months and connect those leads with our Agents
--- Follow up with leads and build your pipeline for future connections
--- Make 125 outbound dials per day (minimum)
--- Create two transferred leads to Agents per day

Qualifications:

--- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
--- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
