Are you looking for an inside sales role in the residential real estate industry?

The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) role at OnyxHomes.com gives you an opportunity to earn a base salary, plus commissions and bonuses.

This is not a call center job. This role fields hundreds of inbound leads generated every month. Qualifying inbound leads, following up with our existing database, and finding opportunities for our agents to close.

Responsibilities:

--- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
--- Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
--- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
--- Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
--- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved


Qualifications:

--- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car
--- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
