Senior Customer service Rep needed ASAP Salary up to $55K!

Job Description:

Our Client is a leading manufacturer and marketer of footwear throughout the US and Canada. They are currently seeking a high level customer service representative who has experience providing support for national retail customers in the footwear or apparel industry.

Essential Responsibilities and Job Functions:

? Placing orders with agents and follow-up on orders.

? Daily email and phone correspondence with national customers and agents overseas.

? Accurately maintain all order information.

? Coordinating final samples approval between designers, management and production facility.

? Editing orders received for pricing and nomenclature.

? Informing customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.

? Maintaining organized files of orders received, following up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates.

? Specifying if special labeling is required for shipment and in some instances supplies to the shipping department.

? Receiving and checking customer complaints.

? Answering questions from customers or individuals on how a product operates or directs them to the person that is able to assist them.

? Additionally, you shall be responsible for such other duties and assignments which the Company deems appropriate.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

? Self-motivated with ability to work independently and prioritize

? Must have a sense of urgency

? Excellent phone manner and written communication skills

? Strong organizational skills, ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and respond well under pressure and/or deadlines.

? Computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and EDI
