resume. Summary As a Sales Support Specialist, your primary focus
will be to support the sales team and customers. In this role, you
will assist and support the sales team with quoting, running weekly
sales reports, assisting with order processing, data clean up, and
aid with post-sales management. You will also be on the front
lines, responding to incoming requests via phone, online chats, and
support tickets to ensure all clients have a positive experience
with BookPal. What You Will Be Doing as a Sales Support Specialist
Assist Account Managers with incoming leads to ensure timely and
accurate lead opportunities are assigned to the correct AM. Aid in
quote request leads and quote modifications from start to finish.
Assisting with online chat. Creating templates for large quote
requests, confirming stock with publishers, and updating list
prices on products in SalesForce and BigCommerce. Monitoring and
updating orders in Salesforce to be classified under the correct
segment. Drive CRM Data Clean-Up. Assigning accounts to existing
contacts and correct segments. Creating new accounts and merging
duplicate contacts and accounts. Maintains up-to-date, accurate
account records to support sales activities with existing and new
accounts. Run Salesforce reports for weekly sales meetings and
other misc. reports for targeted marketing campaigns. Assist with
setting up Marketing Campaigns in Yesware and Klaviyo. Activating
creating new products and modifying existing products to our
website via Salesforce and BigCommerce. Setting up accounts as
tax-exempt. Placing orders in BigCommerce and sending formal
invoices to clients. Assisting with post-sale tasks: Backordered
titles, OOP, and list price updates. Support tracking inquiries and
sending shipping updates to customers. Assign follow-up tasks to
AM---s in Salesforce to support accurate sales funnel follow-up.
Collaborate on projects with other departments such as operations,
accounting, and marketing. What You Will Bring to BookPal Team
player and self-motivated. Be able to adapt and adjust to new or
changing processes. Develop a growth mindset. Excellent
communication, organizational and analytical skills. Experience
working with B2B customers and understanding the lead flow process.
Knowledge of a CRM such as Salesforce. Not required but
recommended. Supports the company---s core values and core focus.
Offers new ideas to improve and streamline processes. What We Are
Looking For 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
successfully working with a team. Associate---s Degree,
Bachelor---s Degree preferred. Communicates effectively and suggest
ideas to enhance the workflow process. Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment and manage multiple workflows
simultaneously. Comfortable with web-based applications such as
Salesforce, Big Commerce, Gorgias, Yesware, Klaviyo & Microsoft
