Job Description:
A company is looking for an Area Production Manager (Reverse
Division).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the loan processing pipeline to ensure timely
completion and compliance
Support the sales team by reviewing loan scenarios and resolving
file-level issues
Conduct training and meetings with staff to communicate policy
changes and ensure adherence to regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
3+ years of experience as a production manager or in a similar
operations role
3+ years of experience working with reverse mortgages
Current knowledge of FHA Reverse Mortgage Loans and related
products
Familiarity with federal and state guidelines, including RESPA,
TILA, and HMDA
