Job Description:

We are looking for a window treatment installer, those are very hard to come by, so we are willing to pay a great rate for on the job training and provide you with the education and knowledge needed to become a professional installer and you will have a career that can carry you through life! Purpose: To train you to fully understand the ins and outs of installing all types of shades, blinds and shutters. To also learn how to troubleshoot and repair all of the above. Duties: Help our lead installer on installations while learning the trade. Shop upkeep, light cleaning, receiving, hinging, everything having to do with learning the trade. This is an amazing opportunity to get into a field that needs good people like you! We are a close knit team looking for that perfect fit! Upon initial interview we will conduct a series of tests, IQ and aptitude. A clean driving record is a must Work week is Tuesday - Saturday (off Sunday and Monday) Benefits! The training will take approximately 1 year for you to build the confidence to install solo. Once solo installations are occurring on a regular basis we will review your status from Jr. Installer to Installer.
