Our roots were formed in the exacting nuclear and aerospace industries, expanded into Medical where we have supplied critical components to a global customer base. --We currently provide elegant solutions across a broad range of customers and diverse markets. -- At Veridiam we recognize that talent is at the forefront of our organization and define who we are in today's industry.--Position Summary:--Set up and operate sheet metal forming machines, equipment, or use of power tools, hand tools and other instruments.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lay out, measure and mark sheet metal and reference lines on material for fabrication.Form sheet metal using rolling or cold drawing mills.Use manual equipment or processes, to cut, bend and/or straighten sheet metal.Trim, file, grind, deburr, polish, clean edges, seams, joins and surface finish.Fasten seems or joints together with welds using sim-automatic weld mills to assemble components into rolled products.Inspect finished product for dimensional conformance and surface quality finish.Maintain clean and orderly work environment.Demonstrates ability to appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures, comply with company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, and accepts constructive feedback.Other duties as assigned, requested or needed.--Position Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
