Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Services Specialist to support
the operations of the organization's People Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Input and update employee data in Workday HRIS, ensuring accuracy
and integrity
Initiate onboarding tasks and maintain accurate records of I-9
forms
Support the People team with organizational tasks and various
administrative duties
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
3+ years of human resources related experience
Proficiency in Workday HRIS, particularly HCM, Recruiting, and
Talent modules
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related
software
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate
employee data
