Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal CPA, Director of Client
Accounting Services (CAS).
Key Responsibilities
Set, communicate, and implement team goals while ensuring alignment
with strategic objectives
Build a positive, high-performing culture within the delivery team
through collaboration and inclusivity
Nurture client relationships and maintain service excellence by
ensuring high client satisfaction and proactive financial
discussions
Required Qualifications
CPA with 8+ years of experience, primarily in public accounting
Experience in client-facing roles, with a passion for understanding
clients' businesses
Proficiency in at least one cloud-based accounting platform (e.g.,
Xero, QBO, Sage, Netsuite)
Familiarity with project management or practice management
tools
Strong commitment to client confidentiality and discretion
