Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist II to manage
agreements and support research administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a large volume of agreements, including subawards and
clinical trial agreements
Draft and negotiate terms for various contracts while ensuring
compliance with institutional policies
Maintain communication with sponsors and investigators throughout
the contract lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-5 years of experience in contracting, research administration, or
related fields
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
