A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative to
support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with
legal requirements
Communicate with customers through various channels and resolve
issues effectively
Document customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues as
necessary
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Property and Casualty license required within a designated
timeframe
1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call
center environment
Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple
systems
Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
