Job Description:
A company is looking for a Represented/Litigation Bodily
Adjuster (KY, MS, TN) - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Investigates and resolves complex represented claims, including
UM/UIM and specialized claims
Acts as the primary contact for policyholder attorneys, negotiating
and settling disputes
Reviews medical reports and coordinates the appraisal process for
complex claims
Required Qualifications
4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
2 or more years of casualty experience
Prior represented and litigation experience (preferred)
Designated Home State License: Texas or Florida; KY License
preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered
