Job Description:
A company is looking for a Market Care Navigator to provide
front-office support for clinical teams delivering patient
care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound calls and other communication, routing messages to
appropriate care team members
Support medical records management and assist with patient
registration and insurance verification
Participate in patient access and care coordination efforts to
enhance quality patient care
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
1+ year of call center experience or equivalent
Certified/registered Medical Assistant preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
