Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefit Specialist- REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities
Administer disability plans and manage the leave process
Ensure data integrity in Workday through validation and error
reporting
Support compliance functions related to 401(k) plan testing and ACA
reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Three or more years of experience in HR/Benefits projects and
systems
Working knowledge of Workday Benefits and Payroll
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience in Benefits Administration
