A company is looking for a Bilingual (Italian/English) Customer
Support Representative (Remote - US).
Key Responsibilities
Support ATM customers via phone, chat, email, and SMS
Handle functional questions regarding the usage of ATMs and the
app
Provide basic cryptocurrency education and troubleshoot ATMs
Required Qualifications
Business fluent in Italian and English
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
Competent computer literacy and troubleshooting experience
Technical acumen with iOS and Android
