Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Examiner
III.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of 150-180 complex workers' compensation claims
from inception to conclusion
Conduct timely investigations and determine the compensability of
claims, administering benefits as per state law
Communicate with claimants, providers, and vendors regarding claims
issues and maintain accurate documentation of case status
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related
field preferred
Five or more years of related experience or equivalent combination
of education and experience
Technical knowledge of statutory regulations and medical
terminology
Texas Workers Compensation License
Proficient in Word and Excel (preferred)
