Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Data Analytics Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with revenue cycle operation teams to identify and
quantify operational risks using data
Ensure data completeness and accuracy by working with analytics and
revenue cycle operations teams
Prioritize and manage multiple projects to deliver exceptional
service to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, statistics, or
a related field (or equivalent training/relevant experience)
2-4 years of experience in a data analysis role with large
healthcare datasets, preferably claims data
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such
as SQL, Python, and R
Experience in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and trend
analysis with the ability to interpret complex data
Proficiency in creating data visualizations and reports using tools
like Power BI or Tableau
