Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in directing day-to-day activities of the team and support
general office administration
Handle policy processing tasks including endorsements, audits,
cancellations, and invoicing
Maintain accurate data in agency systems and ensure timely
completion of tasks
Required Qualifications
2+ years of industry experience or 5+ years in customer service
Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
Active insurance licensing required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
