Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Process Improvement Specialist to
support the Defense Health Agency in analyzing and improving data
governance and performance management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business process improvement and reengineering efforts to
optimize workflows across various functions
Conduct maturity assessments and identify process bottlenecks for
redesign or automation
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies
and develop improvement roadmaps
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Public
Health, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in process improvement or business
transformation in healthcare or federal environments
Formal training or certification in process improvement (e.g., Lean
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt)
Experience with process improvement in large-scale data and
analytics environments
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
