Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tech Lead (AI Service) to manage
AI/ML projects and develop advanced models for ad-serving and
search solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end lifecycle management of AI/ML projects, from
concept to deployment and maintenance
Implement best practices in MLOps, ensuring model reliability and
performance
Contribute to model architecture decisions and develop robust
feature engineering pipelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5-8+ years of experience in AI/ML and
production-level ML systems
Proven expertise in AI/ML models related to ads, relevance,
ranking, or recommendation systems
Knowledge of statistical learning, machine learning, and deep
learning techniques
Experience in building distributed, low-latency ML services and
maintaining ML pipelines
Fluency in Python and proficiency with distributed frameworks, SQL,
and cloud infrastructure
