Job Description:
A company is looking for a Game Designer to join their growing
team.
Key Responsibilities
Define, maintain, and communicate the creative vision for games to
ensure engaging player experiences
Develop and maintain game design documentation and turn it into
actionable plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive gameplay, systems,
and content design through all development phases
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a game designer with complete production
cycle knowledge
Deep knowledge of game theory and design best practices
Proactive and self-motivated with a track record of delivering
high-quality designs on time
Experience mentoring other game designers or leading a feature or
team
UX design experience is a plus
