Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scheduling Lead to ensure an
efficient and collaborative scheduling process that supports
clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Foster a positive, collaborative culture within the scheduling
team
Establish partnerships with BAs, program managers, and clinical
leadership to align scheduling with operational goals
Design efficient scheduling systems that balance business needs
with employee well-being
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of experience in scheduling or operations within ABA
therapy, healthcare, or a related field
Strong leadership skills focused on team morale and open
communication
Proficiency in scheduling software, preferably Central Reach, and
experience with AI-driven tools
Exceptional interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to analyze scheduling data and implement improvements
