Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Examination Specialist who will
analyze and evaluate property title records.
Key Responsibilities
Examine and review public records to determine the insurability
condition of property titles
Collaborate with underwriters to establish requirements for title
commitments
Process high volumes of title examinations and resolve
discrepancies in a multi-state environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred or equivalent work
experience
1+ years of title experience
Title Producer License
Ability to follow company procedures and policies
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
