Job Description:
A company is looking for a Partner Health & Engagement Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute one-to-many communication strategies to drive
partner engagement
Develop educational content and resources for self-service
enablement of schools
Monitor school health using analytics to identify at-risk schools
and implement targeted engagement strategies
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, CS Operations, Account
Management, or a related field, preferably in SaaS or Education
Technology
Strong data analysis, project management, and customer engagement
skills
Familiarity with tools such as Vitally or Salesforce is a plus
Comfortable with scaling customer success efforts and working
cross-functionally
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to experiment and
innovate
