French Performance Support Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for an MS Performance Support Specialist- French.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in resolving customer complaints escalated by internal and external business partners
Review and modify Physician capitation reports and resolve recurring member issues
Make recommendations on process improvements and maintain a tracking system for complaints

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
Healthcare industry experience
Experience working in customer service and clerical or administrative roles
Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
Experience meeting strict deadlines
