This is how we continue to grow, and it is an approach that has proven to generate positive returns for our stakeholders.For more information, visit.Job DescriptionThe Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Solutions Architect brings expertise in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions and proven ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and cost-effective AI/ML architectures. A strong leader and collaborator, adept at guiding teams, mentoring junior engineers, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Passionate about staying at the forefront of AI/ML advancements and applying them to solve real-world business challenges.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.

• Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of AI/ML solutions, considering factors such as data sources, model selection, training methodologies, deployment infrastructure, performance optimization, and security.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and other team members. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into specific technical requirements for AI/ML solutions.
• Technology Evaluation & Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML platforms, tools, and technologies (e.g., cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, specific ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.) based on project requirements and best practices.
• Model Development & Deployment: Oversee the development, training, and deployment of machine learning models. Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Data Engineering & Management: Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement robust data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and storage, ensuring data quality and availability for AI/ML initiatives.
• Infrastructure Design & Optimization: Design and optimize the infrastructure required to support AI/ML workloads, including compute resources, storage, and networking. Consider cloud-native solutions and MLOps principles.
• Performance Monitoring & Tuning: Implement robust monitoring and logging systems to track model performance, identify potential issues, and optimize model accuracy and efficiency over time.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure that AI/ML solutions adhere to security best practices and comply with relevant regulations and data privacy policies.
• Collaboration & Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional1 teams, including product managers, business analysts, and executives.
• Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies. Explore and evaluate new tools and techniques to improve existing solutions and drive innovation.
• Mentorship & Team Growth: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development and contributing to the overall growth of the AI/ML team.Qualifications:Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with popular ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, XGBoost).
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
  • Experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD pipelines).
  • Knowledge of data engineering principles and tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
  • Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.Soft Skills:

        • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field preferred.
        • Experience with specific industry domains (e.g., healthcare, finance, retail).
        • Publications in relevant AI/ML conferences or journals.
        • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.
