EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIESThe Business Development
Representative II (BDRII) will be responsible for reviewing and
submitting loan requests from small business owners; following up
with customers by email and phone to ensure completion of loan
packages; and leveraging existing partnerships and Lendistry leads
to generate new loan applications. The BDRII will review product
pricing and guidelines to ensure proper lending solutions. A key
priority for the BDRII is to create a unique customer experience
through outstanding service that is courteous, helpful, informative
and deliver customer-centric solutions to meet customers' financing
needs. The BDRII will fulfill all calls and customer requests
within established timeframes to ensure individual and team goals
are achieved and maintain thorough understanding of all product
guidelines and documentation requirements to provide appropriate
guidance for each customer.ABOUT LENDISTRYLendistry is the

RESPONSIBILITIES---Utilize leads provided by Lendistry through both
inbound and outbound calling to generate and process loan
applications.---Utilize scripts and email templates provided as
guidelines for customer communication.---Maintain thorough
understanding of loan products, guidelines, and minimum required
documents.---Maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction
and professionalism (e.g., tone, voice inflection, word
choices).---Effectively utilize Salesforce to capture all customer
information and activity including contact information, product
need and complete ISQ, and effectively assign all tasks for
follow-up to create an outstanding customer experience throughout
the sales process.---Continue to be an active and engaged learner
availing yourself of all training, meetings, management coaching,
communications, and internal partnerships.---Adhere to all lending,
communication, and risk management guidelines, policies, and
procedures to ensure compliance and operational
soundness.---Regular attendance during business hours and reliable
punctuality are essential functions of this position, and
conformance with Lendistry's time and attendance policy is a key
responsibility of the employee.---Be proficient in outsourcing
requirements and refer as appropriate.---Review loan application
packages for completeness and eligibility.PROFICIENCIES---Excellent

RANGE$22 to $34/hour depending on experience and locationEqual
