What you'll do:
Supervise a team of Project Coordinators to support the sales team
in order entry, installation coordination, escalations, and
Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including hiring,
training, mentoring, and performance management of the individuals
based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Drive the sales operations support team to meet or exceed sales
support Service Level Agreements and performance objectives.
Provide Daily/Weekly reporting to internal management using both
the ERP system and Excel; provide monthly reporting to key account
Identify and resolve project and/or system issues independently
with corrective and preventative actions; and document those
actions for future reference.
Administer SEB Professional policies and procedures as they relate
to safety, attendance, performance, and conduct.
Evaluate any installer travel outside of the budget and the travel
policy to approve or deny.

Do you have the following skills?
Two years' experience leading a successful sales support team.
3-5 years experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or
Customer Service role.
Ability to thrive in an unstructured, rapidly changing,
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office required, specifically
Creative problem-solving skills.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Experience with ERP systems, SAP experience preferred.
Two or 4-year degree preferred but not required.
This job does have some physical demands as well. Can you:
Occasionally lifting of up to 20 pounds.
Some weekend work is required.
