This role relies heavily on the ability to be highly organized and responsive to the emerging needs of Senior Administrators that require a quick turnaround.   • Full-time; non-exempt; 40 hours/week, in-office position (location Tustin, CA)
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8hrs/day: 9:30am-6pm (with 30min lunch break)
  • Pay Range: $19-21 per hour
  • Benefits Package (medical, vision, dental, life insurance)
  • Eligible for Paid Time Off / Holidays after 90-day probation periodEssential Responsibilities
    • Manage basic office duties, such as answering and routing phone calls/voicemails, responding to emails
    • Conduct and maintain daily data entry of transaction records, receipts, deposits, and standard bookkeeping tasks
    • Assist with payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
    • Support departmental communications regarding agency-wide employee policies and procedures
    • Ensure the office inventory is well-maintained, organized, and secure
    • Assist with special projects, such as process improvements and policy developments
    • Participate in formal and impromptu staff and management meetingsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an overall positive attitude
      • Strong written and verbal English grammar skills
      • Detail-oriented with exceptional organization, task, and time management skills
      • Ability to prioritize and multitask with accuracy and timeliness
      • Ability to maintain high level of client-confidentiality
      • Ability to exercise independent, sound judgment
      • Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to take initiative
      • Experience working with persons with disabilities / other underserved populations is a plusRequired Qualifications:
        • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in administrative support field
        • B.A. degree in any field (AA degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience may substitute)
        • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word)
        • Knowledge and understanding of ZOOM
        • Proficiency with office technology and equipment, including fax machines, printers, copiers, scanners, and computers
        • Strong task and time management skills.
        • Demonstrated patience, professionalism, and integrity
        • A team player who is self-motivated to help, with a flexible, problem-solving mindset
