******Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.****** We are currently seeking an ambitious, highly motivated paralegal with experience in all aspects of leasing of shopping centers to join our Western Region Legal Department located in Tustin, California. Individual will be responsible for his/her own extensive caseload and will work closely with in-house and outside attorneys and various departments throughout the company. Scope of Responsibilities:* Support for all aspects of our leasing program, including negotiating and preparing retail leases for locations throughout North America.* Assist in preparation, review, editing and negotiation of leases, lease amendments and other leasing documents, and routinely consult with and advise in-house departments with respect to the interpretation and administration of leases and related documents.Requirements:* Minimum 5 years leasing paralegal experience in commercial leasing with an in-house legal department or law firm.* Demonstrated PC skills with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook), as well as the ability to learn and use proprietary computer systems and databases. Experience with Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, document management systems, and standard videoconferencing applications a plus.* Prioritize multiple tasks in a professional, organized, detailed oriented and proactive way. * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate and negotiate successfully with internal team members and tenants.Kimco Realty is an Equal Opportunity Employer - M/F/Veteran/Disability/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity.PI127679389
