Mission Recruiting is partnered with a high-performing West LA–based personal injury litigation boutique seeking a seasoned Senior PI Litigation Attorney to join its elite, fully remote team. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced trial lawyer to focus exclusively on litigation, without administrative drag, excessive caseloads, or micromanagement. This firm is built for efficiency and scale. Its process-driven model, sophisticated legal support departments, and collaborative virtual culture allow attorneys to operate at a high level while maintaining balance and autonomy. You will manage a streamlined caseload of approximately 50 active files, supported by dedicated paralegals, legal assistants, and administrative professionals who handle all non-legal work. What You’ll Do Independently manage a full personal injury litigation caseload from intake through trial Take and defend depositions, including expert and lay witnesses Lead discovery, draft and argue motions, and handle court appearances (largely virtual) Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations Focus entirely on legal strategy and advocacy, not paperwork Who They’re Looking For 7 years of personal injury litigation experience Demonstrated trial experience strongly preferred Active California Bar license required Ability to manage cases independently within an established, efficient workflow Comfortable and effective in a fully remote practice environment Compensation & Benefits Flexible compensation structure with strong earning potential Competitive origination bonuses and annual holiday bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance (70% employer-paid for employees and dependents) Life insurance, bar dues, CLEs, 401(k) with employer match Equipment provided; phone service and travel reimbursed Generous PTO and sick time This role is ideal for a senior personal injury litigator who wants meaningful cases, real autonomy, and exceptional operational support, all without sacrificing flexibility.
