A company is looking for a Massachusetts Licensed Labor &
Employment Litigation Attorney (100% Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle labor and employment litigation matters including written
discovery, motion work, depositions, and court hearings
Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team while also being
able to work independently
Manage both contract and permanent role responsibilities in a fully
remote environment
Required Qualifications
6+ years of labor & employment litigation experience (defense or
plaintiff side)
Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts
Excellent academic credentials
Outstanding references
