Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Insurance Counsel to
support insurance regulatory compliance functions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal and compliance support for personal auto insurance
products
Assist in product development and state expansion efforts,
including legal reviews
Oversee state filings and coordinate regulatory submissions
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution and active law
license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant legal experience in insurance or
regulatory settings
Experience with insurance regulatory filings and policy form
reviews
Strong understanding of personal auto insurance products and
regulatory frameworks
Excellent legal drafting and project management skills
