Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Attorney - Lead Counsel
(Multi-level).
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel, advice, and direction to various departments
regarding regulatory affairs and environmental issues
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while
managing legal obligations
Coordinate and oversee outside counsel performance in
department-specific legal matters
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an Accredited Bar Association (ABA) and
admission to the bar
Minimum of six (6) years of experience as a practicing attorney in
a relevant area of law
Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience as an attorney, with at
least six (6) years in a job-specific area of law
Experience with trucking, personal injury, and/or commercial
litigation is preferred
Strong organizational skills and experience analyzing litigation
data
