Salary/Exempt, Full-Time Salary Range: $90k-$110k Annually,
depending on experience, knowledge, and skill SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Repair Manager is responsible for
overseeing and executing the repair and maintenance of commercial
pool and spa systems across VivoAquatics’ client portfolios. This
individual will serve as both a technical expert and a leader,
ensuring that repairs are performed efficiently, safely, and in
alignment with company standards. Approximately 80% of the role
will be field-based, requiring direct interaction with customers,
hands-on diagnostics, and system repairs. The remaining time will
be focused on coordination, reporting, and supporting service
operations. Key Responsibilities Include: Lead, schedule, and
perform field-based repairs on commercial pool and spa systems,
including pumps, heaters, chemical controllers, filtration systems,
and automation equipment Diagnose complex system issues, develop
repair strategies, and ensure timely resolution to minimize
downtime for clients Provide technical guidance, training, and
support to field technicians and service staff Serve as a primary
point of contact for escalated service requests and high-priority
client issues Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes,
and industry best practices during all repair activities Manage
repair parts inventory, coordinate ordering, and track usage to
support efficient operations Maintain accurate documentation of
repair work, service logs, and customer interactions within company
systems Collaborate with the Operations and Account Management
teams to identify recurring issues and recommend proactive
solutions Support sales and procurement teams by providing input on
equipment replacement opportunities and system upgrades Oversee
technician scheduling, time tracking, and labor allocation to
ensure efficient use of resources and control of repair-related
labor costs Conduct regular field audits to ensure repair quality,
safety compliance, and adherence to company service standards
Assist in developing and refining standard operating procedures
(SOPs) for field repairs and system troubleshooting Provide
feedback to the product and technology teams on equipment
performance trends and opportunities for innovation Responsible for
thorough knowledge of management company policies and property
community policies and ensuring all team members are aware of and
abide by such policies Must be willing to work weekends on occasion
and odd hours as necessary (emergency calls) Must attend company
meetings as requested Additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS Strong communication skills, both
verbal and non-verbal Strong computer skills needed to operate on a
daily basis, including use of GSuite, MS Office, NetSuite programs
Ability to effectively multi-task and have strong organizational
skills Ability to use good judgment to make sound decisions in a
quick, efficient manner Strong technical knowledge of commercial
aquatics equipment Ability to work independently and have a high
sense of urgency Ability to lift, move, carry up to 75lbs
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES The Repair Manager is responsible for
assisting in management of Repair Technicians EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years experience in the aquatics industry
required Minimum 3 years experience diagnosing and repairing pool
equipment required Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience CPO
Certification required; License must be obtained within first 90
days of employment if license is not currently held or is
expired
