Job Description:
A company is looking for a Computer Operator (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
Resolve basic issues remotely through phone and email support,
progressing to more complex issues after training
Provide comprehensive phone and email support for efficient
incident and request resolution
Document information accurately in the ticketing system and
maintain the in-house knowledgebase
Required Qualifications
Must obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Ability to type 35 WPM
Must have lived in the United States for at least three of the last
five years
