Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer
with expertise in OpenShift and Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support by troubleshooting and
resolving issues in cluster environments
Contribute to global initiatives to enhance customer experience and
improve operational efficiency through automation
Document customer interactions and create knowledge articles to
facilitate future incident resolution
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support or
solutions engineering role
Proven experience with container technologies and orchestration
platforms such as Kubernetes and OpenShift
Experience with configuration management and automation tools like
Ansible and Terraform
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
field, or equivalent practical experience
Ability to work effectively within a geographically distributed,
global team
