EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Lendistry is a work hard, play hard Fintech looking for a
self-leading, strategic and forward-thinking Technical Recruiter
who will help drive Lendistry's Talent Acquisition initiatives
within our Technology Department. Under the direction of the
Recruiting Manager, the Technical Recruiter will work with
Department Leaders and Hiring Managers to build robust, inclusive
talent pipelines, helping to discover top talent and build a strong
technical bench. You will oversee an exceptional candidate
experience through remarkable recruitment processes, procedures,
and systems. Your candidate-centric focus will ensure continuously
engaged candidates, from first look to first day.

Lendistry is the country's largest minority-led and
technology-enabled small business and commercial real estate lender
with Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and
Community Development Entity (CDE) certification. We are a national

progressive growth for small business owners and their underserved
communities as a source of financing and financial education.
GENERAL RESPONSBILITIES
- Partner with Technology Department Leaders and Hiring Managers
to access and understand the strategic direction of the department,
including immediate and future talent needs. Function as a human
capital business advisor to the Technology management
team.
- Responsible for the entire technical candidate experience in
the full life cycle of recruiting from the moment the candidate is
aware of the Lendistry brand and extending seamlessly into employer
engagement once they are on board.
- Actively source relevant talent via multiple sources including
LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, internal and external referrals,
industry networks, etc. to create a strong and diverse talent pool
to meet all organizational hiring needs.
- Execute high touch candidate sourcing campaigns to uncover and
engage passive candidates. Establish long term relationships with
passive candidates by developing and maintaining an effective
pipeline and network of diverse talent.
- Review, screen, and interview candidates to determine
appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to
position requirements ensuring that top quality candidates are
presented to Hiring Managers for consideration. Responsible for the
interview process, applicant status responses, negotiation and
offer process, effectively controlling the flow of candidates
through the recruiting process.
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity,
and proactively share data-centric updates with internal
stakeholders. Leverage and maintain data reports to ensure
performance metrics are met.
- Own the interview process, applicant status responses,
negotiation and offer process to effectively control the flow of
candidates through the recruiting process.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient
operation of the entire Recruiting Team and that help to make
Lendistry the best place to work!

successfully manage a high-volume and complex workload in a
fast-paced environment and to provide insightful analysis. Ability
to think creatively and innovatively resulting in good decision
making.
- Advanced level in Microsoft Suite. Skills with HRIS System are
required (UKG preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with active
listening skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to
prioritize competing demands.
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines,
including extended work hours when necessary.
- Exhibit a professional, business-like appearance and demeanor
championing the Lendistry brand both internally and externally.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+years of relevant full cycle technical recruitingexperience
in a professional environment with a proven track record in
recruiting highly qualified candidates at all levels.
- Experience with HRIS System required. UKG preferred.
- Experience working efficiently under pressure and meeting tight
deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office to
support effective communications.
- Highly skilled in verbal and written communication and
organizational and time management skills.
SALARY RANGE
- $82,500 to $126,000/annually depending on experience and
location
