NEEDS Deep understanding of Sales Force CPQ. Pardot, Lightning &
APEX Experienceworking as a Sales Force Developer Sales Force
experience in B2B markets, as well as indirect channel selling
Experience working with Sales Force VARs as well as internally
managed needs. Learn the business, and in the most efficient,
easy-to-use way; develop Sales Force andPardot to meet the growing
needs of the business. customize, build dashboards, pipeline
reports, opportunity creation and management reports (as well as
others) to support our various sales channels. Executive dashboards
Forecasting reports Experience supporting marketing and working
with Pardot is critical In addition to sales, this candidate must
have experience building and optimizing sales force to meet the
growing needs of tech support, customer service, catalog management
and new product development. Experience and know how building
support ticketing systems, processes for new product requests and
RMA requests are just a few of the critical requirements.Job Duties
Develop an understanding of core business functions across all
business departments Project scoping, developing project
requirements, working cross-functionally to successfully project
manage various projects and initiatives Interface with company
executives and associates in supporting their daily functions on
the Salesforce. com platform Help design, implement, document, and
maintain system processes Develop and create customized reports and
dashboards Perform administration and support of the Salesforce
software by setting up new users, assigning permissions, working
with central Business systems in creating or updating fields, page
layouts, workflows, and process builders Support training to new
and existing employees on how to use system functionality, cleaning
up unused fields, reports, and dashboards Play a key role in the
implementation of newly purchased apps and products within the
Salesforce ecosystem working with Business systemsConsistently look
for ways to improve systems for the benefit of internal users
and/or customers by sitting with our employees to better understand
their workflow Document user requirements, completed user
acceptance testingJob Requirements 5 Years of previous Salesforce
experience CPQ experience Pardot, Lightning, APEX experience Strong
self-starter attitude and desire to grow professionally within the
Salesforce ecosystem Positive urgency Ability to handle issues
yourself and lead projects through to success Results driven A
degree in Information Systems, Operations Management, Business
Administration, or a similar major is preferred Salesforce
Administrator certification is preferred Functional knowledge of
the different ways to control permissions within Salesforce with
profiles and permission sets as well as automation tools such as
workflow and process builder Excellent dashboard skills PowerBI
