Job Duties:

• Processing Payroll for assigned markets accurately and timely
• Run Commissions Reports and Process Accordingly
• Import Benefit Files
• Process Payroll Reports (Pre/Post)
• Audi Payroll (Pre/Post)
• Assist Managers with Timecard Administration and Maintenance
• Process Off-Cycle Payrolls
• Assist Tax Department with Adjustments
• Maintain Payroll Ticketing System
• Monitor Tax Deductions on Bonus Payments
• Process ACH/Check Returns
• Run Integration Reports for Drivers
• Assist HR Manager with LOA and Terminations
• Process Union Benefit and Due Deductions
• Assist HR Manager with Associate Status Changes
• Complete Payroll Checklist with each Payroll Processed
• Assist with Year-End
• Assist Retirement Dept
• Assist Associates with Inquires
• Attend Monthly Payroll Meetings
• All other duties as assigned
  Job Requirements:
  • 2 to 5 years Payroll Processing Experience
  • Experience Processing Multi-State Payroll
  • ADP/SAP/UKG/Workday experience preferred but not required
  • Understanding of SOX compliance
  • Detailed Oriented
  • Strong Analytical, Critical Thinking, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Exceptional Attention to Detail
  • Excellent Writing and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to be Flexible with Work Schedule
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred

      • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
