A company is looking for a Director, Retail Media Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve
revenue targets
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
to expand sales footprint
Set performance goals for the sales team and analyze sales data to
evaluate performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a
related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in media sales with a proven track
record
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire a
sales team
Deep understanding of the retail industry and consumer behavior
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
