Health to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Redlands, California,

Planning, Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines Description: Case Manager
for Emergency Department with a broad range of services offered.
Pediatric and neonatal patients are transferred out. Tertiary level
of care including specific cardiac conditions are transferred as
needed. No trauma or burn cases are handled in this position.
Average daily patient census is 15 with 22 rooms and 34 beds
available. Candidates with at least 3 years of experience in
nursing are required, with 5 years preferred. Seasoned travelers
are preferred, but first-time travelers with solid experience will
also be considered. Every other weekend availability is required.
Navy blue scrubs are mandatory. Responsibilities include care
coordination, medical necessity determination, concurrent reviews,
and discharge planning. Experience with criteria guidelines and
compliance measures is essential. Knowledge and application of
standards set by regulatory bodies are crucial for success in this
role. Interdisciplinary support from various healthcare
professionals is available. The facility serves a diverse patient
age group including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The unit
