About the Orthopedic Surgery Role Looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to contribute to the care of Orthopedic Surgery Patients. Responsibilities Conduct patient assessments and evaluations. Potential to assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care. Develop and implement treatment plans. Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons and healthcare teams. Educate patients and families on orthopedic conditions and treatments. Qualifications Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Current California licensure as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Required Skills Strong clinical assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills Experience in Orthopedic Surgery highly preferred. Heavy interest in Orthopedic Surgery is required. Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary or payment scale based on experience, along with potential of a comprehensive benefits package.
