Job Description:
A company is looking for an LPN/LVN - Team Lead to oversee a
team of nursing professionals in a virtual clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and support to the licensed practical nursing
team
Oversee the delivery of virtual nursing care services and ensure
adherence to clinical protocols
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with
stakeholders to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited School of Practical/Vocational Nursing
(LPN, LVN)
Active, unrestricted LVN/LPN compact state license
4+ years of outpatient/ambulatory LVN/LPN experience
2+ years of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
