Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor-Operations to manage and
develop customer service representatives in a healthcare contact
center.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop team members to achieve performance metrics
Monitor employee performance and manage accountability through
coaching and performance reviews
Handle escalated customer issues and promote teamwork within the
organization
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or
Bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of experience in customer service or call center,
including 12 months in a supervisory role
Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
Proficiency with necessary technology and performance management
tools
Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement in
performance metrics
