San Pasqual Academy is located on a beautiful 238 acres in rural San Pasqual Valley. SPA is equipped with all the amenities of a private high school, including classrooms, an auditorium, gym, and cafeteria. On grounds sports and activities include basketball, softball, and football. Our unique campus features residential staff and house parents serving as surrogate parents who mentor and tutor students, teach age-appropriate independent living skills, create opportunities to explore new interests, encourage participation in sports and recreation, assist in the exploration of career and job opportunities, and promote family living skills.Pay: starting at $45 an hour. $3000.00 sign on bonus.Perks & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and company paid Life Insurance within 90 days, and 401k match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more! ROP-benefits-and-perks-2What you will do: As the site LVN/LPN, you will be primarily responsible for the health care of the students. In this role, you will maintain all student medical files and educate staff and students on health issues, first aid, infectious controls and emergency procedures.To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (BA/BS preferred) - Possess a current LVN/LPN credential for the state of California - Have 2 years of previous medical services administration, including demonstrated experience in operating and securing comprehensive health services programs. - Be at least 21 years of age - Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen (we no longer test for THC), physical, and TB test - Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shiftsShift - Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday - 8am-5pmApply today and Make a Difference in the Lives of Youth!After 40 years of improving the lives of youth, we are looking for passionate advocates to continue the legacy of helping young people become successful adults.
