Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead, Provider Risk Adjustment (RN
required).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with global leaders to manage coding production quality
and quantity for assigned clients
Monitor client reports and resolve issues related to production,
quality, and compliance
Assist in training and supporting coding specialists while ensuring
adherence to coding guidelines
Required Qualifications
RN or LPN license required
National certification through AAPC or AHIMA required; CCDS or CDIP
preferred
At least 3+ years of provider-based risk adjustment coding
experience
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
applications
